Not-so-Frugal Easter Menu


We were planning to eat out for Easter and budgeted $100 to do so. We rarely dine out anymore so this is a bit of a splurge.


However, I came across a fantastic recipe by Giada at the Food Network. So now I've decided we'll stay home and feast on homemade gourmet food. Even though we will have a fairly expensisve dinner, we'll still save at least $50... which can go into our "gardening" fund. Oh, and we will get to enjoy leftovers too!
